The Chair of Architecture and Building Systems contributes to the educational framework of the Department of Architecture at both Bachelor and Master level. Courses range from lectures and tutorials to individual project work. Aside from being associated to the Architecture curriculum, selected courses are also open to students from related fields such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Environmental Sciences.
Since 2015, the chair is also involved in the newly established Master's program in Integrated Building Systems (MBS), offering lectures and design projects that focus on the subject of energy in the context of built environments.
In addition to the regular teaching environment, the chair organizes seminar weeks and summer schools with topics related to our current research interests. This offers participating students an exclusive view into the work of the A/S Research Team, which can also be further developed when joining the team as a PhD student later on.
